Located in the Denver Metro Area, I became passionate about functional medicine through my personal health journey and challenges with Western medical approaches. This path led me to doula training, where I found deep purpose in supporting birthing people with empathy and individualized care. I am committed to inclusive, transparent, and advocacy-driven practice, and I serve clients across all identities and cultural backgrounds.

My Doula Training and Experience: I'm a DONA-trained birth doula offering care to Denver families as I continue my journey toward certification. I support a full spectrum of birth experiences—including cesareans, inductions, VBACs, and spontaneous labors—with the goal of helping each client feel informed, supported, and powerful. I work with women and non-binary clients who are seeking a birth experience grounded in respect, autonomy, and inner strength. Being a doula is not just my work—it's my calling, and I'm honored to hold space for the sacred transition into parenthood.
