Emily is a birth and postpartum doula who walks alongside families through the sacred transition of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. She offers grounded, heart-centered support that weaves together intuitive care, research-informed practices, and reverence for the body’s natural rhythms and inner wisdom. Her intention is to offer families the tools, resources, and gentle encouragement they need to move through birth and the postpartum season with autonomy, trust, and a deep sense of connection to themselves and their growing family. Emily holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and brings a holistic lens to perinatal care, honoring both public health wisdom and time-honored, ancestral ways of supporting pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Outside of work, Emily enjoys studying herbalism and Ayurveda, connecting with nature, reading, and spending time with her partner, Brett, and their dog, Rudy!

Birth Doula Service: $2,000 includes everything written on the birth doula page

Postpartum Doula Packages:

• NIGHT-time package: $5,280 for two 8-hour shifts weekly for 6 week contract.

• DAY-time package: minimum of two days weekly for 6 week contract at $50/hour… final cost dependent on contract.
